Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc., mobile home park was organized as a 501(c)(3), non profit, public benefit corporation. The park is operated and maintained with that designation in mind. Upon its creation was the understanding that it would be a low to moderate income housing park for seniors. It currently welcomes seniors that qualify at 60 years of age or more .
