Regulations are formal, legally binding directives issued by Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc., our patrol, when necessary, issues citations which help enforce the rules and regulations. Without enforcement the carefully constructed rules and regulations are worthless. While rules can be either formal components of a regulation or informal guidelines set by Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc., they both help define expected behaviors and the consequences for not following them.
We at Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc., prefer to look at rules and regulations as a method of leveling the playing field. They are the tools by which we promote the tranquility of the park and make sure that each tenant enjoys their time here equally.
Those applicants that are accepted by Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc. will be required to become familiar with and sign a pledge to follow those rules and regulations.
