- All recreational vehicles, travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers, and campers must be no longer than 31 feet in spaces 1 thru 7 and no longer than 33 feet in spaces 8 thru 19. The footage stated shall be the overall footprint of the unit from bumper to bumper, not the factory or DMV measurements of the RV.
- The title holder/tenant or significant other must own the RV, and it must be licensed, insured in his/her name. Parking tags will be issued to each unit. It must be kept in aesthetic condition compatible with the park standards. Tires must be kept in good condition, the unit must not have any broken windows, and all doors must be secured at all times.
- All electrical outlets supplied in the RV area, 20 amp, are for charging the RV batteries only. It will not support the use of your AC unit.
