Ramrod has an executive board with the potential membership of nine (9) members. We first select members from within the Ramrod park community, where expertise exists, for an open position on the board. After we advertise open positions on the board within the Ramrod Mobile Home Park, we interview those tenants that have applied and decide if they are a fit within the current board make up.
In the event that we do not find a good fit for the current board vacancy within the Ramrod Mobile Park community, we advertise outside the park for prospective board members. Regarding board members not living in the Ramrod Park, the board has set a maximum of board members not to exceed two at any given time.
The board was originally organized as a perpetual board and that is its current structure even today. There are no other current limitations to serving on the board as a board of director or as a corporate officer.
The executive board is in charge of the Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc. d.b.a. Ramrod Senior Park. The executive board authorizes committee activities to be organized under the direction of our Homeowners Association. There are many gifted tenants volunteering to make Ramrod an active and enjoyable gated community.
