The house and grounds committee has a number of functions.
- Not part of the HOA. House and Ground Committee is a Ramrod Senior Housing committee
This committee tours the Ramrod facility on a regular basis. Their job is to make sure that everything relating to grounds are in tip top shape. They review paint, grass areas, buildings, mobile home appearance, shrubs and complete a property maintenance review. Where conditions are not up to Ramrod standards, the committee notifies the front office. That report goes to the board and arrangements are made to complete needed upgrades. Visual reports are completed and proved to the front office.
House and grounds also inspects the outside of a mobile home when it is listed for sale. We want the appearance to be RSH acceptable prior to going on the market. The committee inspects the exterior paint, notes irregularities that need repair and reports back to the front office with their findings. Inspects the physical property to make sure all is as reported. Where improvements are required, the front office contacts the mobile home owner and advises them of the repairs need to bring the coach up to the Ramrod standards prior to being place on the market.
Another function of the House and Grounds Committee is to make recommendations to the board regarding potential grounds beautification projects. This gives the board needed time to put projects into their long range planning agenda
