On a monthly basis the Gazette will list all those new tenants who have moved into the park. The welcome committee organizes a small party for the new tenants in the Willard Hicks Pavilion. They invite special guests like the board of Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc. At this event each new tenant will introduce themselves and give a brief background on who they are, and where they are from.
They may even share their interests and leadership roles from their past. The committee is responsible for the introductions and luncheon menu. Sandwiches, punch, desert, and punch are the norm for this event. Oftentimes, quick little icebreaker games give way to prize opportunities.
